Your wallet is tied to your identity, not your device. If you lose your phone or get a new one, open the Ulys app, sign in, and your wallet is right there. There's no seed phrase, backup file or recovery code to manage.
If you've lost the phone number on your account, you won't be able to get a sign-in code. Contact us and we'll confirm it's you before we change anything.
