You can reset your password through the conversational interface. Here is what to expect:
- Open the Ulys app and let the chat know you need to reset your password.
- The chat will ask for your registered phone number and send a one-time verification code by text.
- Enter the code in the chat.
- The chat will ask for your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox.
- Open the email and tap the link to go to the password reset page.
- Create a new password that meets the requirements above.
- Tap Continue to save your new password.
