How Do I Fund My Ulys Account?

Funding your account is handled entirely through the in-app chat. Tap the Deposit button on the home screen or simply tell the chat you want to deposit funds. The chat will ask which method you prefer: Apple Pay, debit or credit card, PayPal, or Venmo.

When you fund your account, you are purchasing USDC on the Base network, a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar. Your USDC is deposited directly into your Ulys account and available to use right away.

Apple Pay

1. Tap the Deposit button or tell the chat you want to deposit funds.
2. The chat will ask which method you prefer. Select Apple Pay.
3. You will be redirected to our payment partner to complete the transaction.
4. Enter the amount and authenticate through Apple Pay when prompted.
5. Once complete, you will be returned to the Ulys app and your USDC balance will update.

If a payment doesn't go through, or the funds don't arrive, contact us and we'll look into it with you.

Debit/Credit Card

1. Tap the Deposit button or tell the chat you want to deposit funds.
2. The chat will ask which method you prefer. Select card.
3. You will be redirected to our payment partner to complete the transaction.
4. Enter the amount and your card details, then confirm.
5. Once complete, you will be returned to the Ulys app and your USDC balance will update.

If a payment doesn't go through, or the funds don't arrive, contact us and we'll look into it with you.

PayPal

1. Tap the Deposit button or tell the chat you want to deposit funds.
2. The chat will ask which method you prefer. Select PayPal.
3. You will be redirected to our payment partner to complete the transaction.
4. Enter the amount and provide your PayPal credentials, then confirm.
5. Once complete, you will be returned to the Ulys app and your USDC balance will update.

If a payment doesn't go through, or the funds don't arrive, contact us and we'll look into it with you.

Venmo

1. Tap the Deposit button or tell the chat you want to deposit funds.
2. The chat will ask which method you prefer. Select Venmo.
3. You will be redirected to our payment partner to complete the transaction.
4. Enter the amount and provide your Venmo credentials, then confirm.
5. Once complete, you will be returned to the Ulys app and your USDC balance will update.
