Rewards you've earned — referral bonuses, promos, milestone rewards — are claimed in the app on the Loyalty page.
Once you're eligible, the reward shows up there. Open the Loyalty page and claim it.
Claim it within 7 days
A reward doesn't arrive on its own, and it doesn't wait indefinitely. You have 7 days from becoming eligible to claim it. If you don't, it's gone.
What makes you eligible
Every promo and referral has its own terms, and they decide both whether you qualify in the first place and whether you can still claim.
For referrals, your friend needs to sign up using your link, add $25 or more, and place their first trade within their first 7 days. Once that happens, you both have 7 days to claim $25 in USDC. The full terms are at ulys.ai/referral.
Those two windows are different things: the first is how long your friend has to get started, the second is how long you have to claim once they have.
If you think you qualified but don't see a reward
Check the terms for that specific promo first — the conditions are usually precise about amounts and timing, and it's easy to miss one.
